1) Our return process: Returns are available within 6 days of delivery. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the items, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your banks processing times. Once our team has confirmed the return and provided the return address, pack your item/s and invoice into a bag or box. On the Airway Bill, please include your invoice number and note ""Return shipment to the KSA”. Mail your return using your carrier of choice.
