International shipments may face customs/import duties depending on the duty and tax laws for the destination country. For the KSA, Kuwait, UK, and US: no duties or taxes will be due on delivery For other countries: customs, import duties and other handling charges may apply and are payable by the customer. Please check with the laws of the destination country. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged.

Please keep a document that has your name and your ID on it with you at the time of delivery for a faster and seamless delivery experience. (national ID card, passport, driving licence, etc.)
